"They weren't cheap. They came as scheduled and did what they said they were going to do and it looked fine so we were happy with it. When you look at the cost and the amount of time that they were here it was pretty expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and so that was what we were looking for. He arrived every day in a cheerful mood, and did an absolutely outstanding job remodeling my condo master bathroom at a very fair price, and I am totally thrilled with the outcome. He also installed a bathroom fan that other contractors said could not be done or didn't want to take the time to figure out how to do it. Kudos to Mark on that accomplishment!! He made sure I was happy with everything that was done and if I made a change, was more than gracious to make that change, something I have not found with other contractors I have hired in the past.
