Robert Maurer Contracting

Our experience is just like that of a previous reviewer of this contractor. Unfortunately, the board mentioned above popped up in the middle, damaging the plaster apron below.  We called him several times last fall asking that he repair this. We also wanted him to take care of a notch he left in our original  paint where he took a sample for the painting job described earlier.  But he never came.  We called him again recently, offering some other jobs as well.  He did arrange for the most pressing of the other jobs to be done by a fellow contractor who was coming to our just sold house for some carpentry, but he didn't say he would come to the condo to fix the window area.  If he comes we will alter this report and raise the overall grade to B, still not A because of these delays. 

He did the job, but we noticed gaps between the lattice panels after we paid him. After we called him, he said he would come back to fix it, but never called and never did come back to fix it. I will post an update if he ever does keep his word and come back to repair it.
