He has over 30 years of experience and family history as a tile contractor and has grown up learning to tile first hand from his family. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to tile and his experience shows in the work. He manages a team of Tile layers and I can tell they respected him as well. Being able to trust a contractor from long distance was crucial for our job and Michael never let me down. When I did not like the way some of the tile was layed (trim, minor) I ask that it be fixed and there was no problem at all in getting it corrected. I would use his company again.
