The level of protection that was installed was top notch. We did not have any dust in areas outside of the work area and Mike and his team were always careful to clean and keep the protection clean which was fantastic. The quality of the work was excellent, I couldn’t find a single issue when work was complete. Especially impressive was their extremely and beyond competitively priced fees for surprise electrical remediation, new sewer & water lines, foundation and floor leveling remediation, and overall cooperation, understanding, and partnership to make the entire renovation a very pleasing success. Additionally, DR's design counseling was spectacular. Lauren created beautiful solutions for seemingly impossible challenges that continue to please every day. Working with DR may appear to be more costly than trying to act as your own General Contractor -- which BTW I was prior too retirement -- but the end product is beyond more seamless and way beyond what can be accomplished by trying to coordinate one's own trades people.
