This is the second time that we had Jack install tile for us. We were very impressed with the first installation of backsplash, and this flooring tile installation was just as great. We had a difficult decorative ceramic tile repair job on a kitchen backsplash. The tile had been badly damaged and broken when a new range was installed. Jack Fritz did a great job re-assembling the tile pieces and installing them so that it is hard to see where the damage was. He was professional and his price was very fair.

We recently purchased a new construction home and opted not to have the builder install their standard backsplash in our kitchen. We reached out to Jack to do the install. He was incredibly quick to respond to our inquiry, and quoted us at a very reasonable price. He came out the next week and performed the install in two days. On both days he showed up right on time, and was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and clean. The first day he had help with him, and his help was just as outstanding as Jack. At the completion of the job, the kitchen and walkway was left as clean it was when he arrived. We could not be happier with the quality of the work, and the experience of working with Jack. We will be using Jack in the near future to lay tile in our mudroom, and have already recommended his services to a few of our new neighbors.

Great! The entire process took 1 week from the initial contact to the completion of the job. He came to the house to look at the project and give us an appraisal, once we approved the appraisal, the appointment was scheduled and completed within days. He even contacted us the night before the appointment to tell us another job he was on was taking longer than anticipated and he had to readjust the time he would be at our house. He arrived on time and was very efficient in his work completing everything that same day. All of the work looks great!

Work was done over 3 days. Job went well, and Jack worked through all the issues. Looks great. Cost of labor $2k (excluding the tiles you select or order yourself).

Smoothly, quickly, perfectly! Jack arrived on time and set up quickly. He asked a few questions to make sure he was providing what I wanted. He covered all surfaces and cleaned up when he was finished. The entire job was first class including: tile cuts, looking level with cabinets and counter, grout lines, chalking, and cleaning.
