Mr. Handyman of the Western Main Line

I hired Mr Handyman to do two projects in the past week in Downingtown Pa. A toilet seal replacement and also electrical work for some light fixtures outside of the house. They sent Damon for both projects and he did outstanding work! Besides the work he did he is a great guy! He is so nice to speak to and answers any questions I had in very detail. Thank you again Mr Handyman company and also Damon for the exceptional work! I will definitely be recommending and I will also be calling back! Thank you!

Neither least nor most expensive. Costing clear and up-front, communication with Shanon also clear, friendly and efficient. I would hire Anthony L anytime. A true handyman: we talked through all the options for repairing double wooden gates, decided replacement would be most time- and cost-efficient. Work done quickly and well, and he had some sensible suggestions for another problem area. Two thumbs up.

There is a staffing issue (not enough). Steve did very good work and was conscientious. The work took 8 hrs to complete (4 hrs one day and 4 hrs 3 weeks later). If I would have known the job was going to take multiple days to complete, I would have painted the boards myself and saved myself 2 hrs of their labor. I would have done the job myself but I have vertigo and can't climb high on a ladder. It was a straight forward job and not difficult but I am pleased with the outcome.

Did a great job

Ours was a small job - replace/repair bathroom and shower grout where necessary. The cost turned out to be a little higher than we expected. But, we couldn't have done such a nice job ourselves; we were able to schedule the work the very next day; and the contractor was a really nice person who obviously takes pride in what he does. There is value in all of that, so to us it was worth the expense.

Needed someone in a hurry, and not only got terrific response from this web site, but co was terrific as well. Very pleased--it's expensive though. Well worth it--came when they said and did a thorough job. Time is money and we didn't have to wait even a day.

Rick Lee was great...quickly sized up the situation, and was ready to take care of it right away...gave me a quick estimate--very reasonable. On a scale of 1 to 10-(highest), he is a 10.

Can you imagine a contractor that actually arrives when scheduled? Unbelievable!! I will definitely use the service again.

I had to postpone the appointment due to a schedule conflict on my part. So far, I would say the whole process has been very quick and efficient. I'll gladly give more input after the appointment, which was rescheduled for 7/8/05.
