There were leaks under the tub and pipes in the second-floor bathroom. Water leaked into the kitchen. We signed a contract with Bill to do the repairs and to install a walk-in shower to replace the tub. Bill did an outstanding job,. He kept us informed of progress with updates and pictures. We discussed any additional work that was needed, and made modifications as the job progressed. Bill also had other experts that were needed, such as an electrician to add a GFI and some other things. The new bathroom is beautiful. The walk-in shower is equipped with grab bars and built in shelves. The floor tile and shower tile are beautiful. We are very pleased with the completed job, and we appreciate Bill's professionalism and his outstanding work. We highly recommend Bret Homes and would defUnitedly hire them again."
