While we are trying to salvage the floor we had to rip out a shower that he partially completed because the manufacturer stated it did not meet industry standards. I would not hire Mike again as he overstated his ability and either did not know how to do the work or chose to take shortcuts. We had to buy the tile again and hire a second contractor to do it over. I trusted him and it cost me thousands of dollars."
