J.R. Brickpointing was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were also very responsive. We had some cracking in the blocks in our garage. They filled the cracks and made it look great.

A service. We used JR to repoint the bricks in our commercial building. I am satisfied with the results. They kept the areas clean during the job and did a neat, tidy job on the brick. Highly recommended.

Signed On to Angie on a Tuesday. Within a half hour I got a call. They came out to the house a half an hour later gave me an estimate. Showed up on Wednesday and completed the job.

I have a house from the 50's that had worn, discolored, and cracked mortar everywhere, Some bricks has even fallen off the chimney. J.R. came out and gave me an estimate and he got me on his calendar. James the owner does most of the work himself which is nice. He grinded down a layer of the old mortar and replaced it with new mortar around my entire house, he also repaired my damaged chimney and acid washed the entire house. When he was done it looked like new construction because all the new mortar surrounded the brick with nice, fresh crisp lines.

Two chimneys to repair. He has only completed one. To complete another tomorrow. I Will not be able to rate until I see what happens when it rains. His price was higher than the one you quoted.

I really appreciate them being straight forward and honest and he said he would have a difficult to match the mortar but he did the best he could in the end I am very happy with the results.

I used Angie's List for brick work contractors. I received a telephone call from James Ruckert. We briefly discussed the job. I had a brick chimney attached to the house. The bricks and cement at top of the were deteriorated. The next day, he visited my house and gave me a verbal estimate. I accepted his offer. The following day, he arrived on time and restored the chimney. The workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up the work area. I thanked him for his skill and professionalism and said that I would rate his work as excellent.

He came out when he said he would. Work is scheduled a few weeks from now but I know it will be excellent. Unlike other contractors, he didn't want paid until the job is done. I like that.

The work was done in the amount of time he estimated and for the price he quoted. I will be having him do more work this summer.
