They showed up the very next day (Friday), assessed the situation then ordered the parts needed for repair. They came back after the weekend with parts in hand and I was up and running in no time. They kindly answered every question I had about what they were doing as they were doing it. (I like learning new things) They also went above and beyond the repair to show me things about seasonal maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable. They also replaced a couple of things that they did not charge for(Cleaning and replacement of a couple fittings) I will most definitely use their services in the future. "Not well as it should have, either with their organization or with the installations. Poor communications within their company meant they sent a crew here for a few hours not knowing what to do or equipped to do it. Had to reschedule for another date. Maybe they are fine with new fixtures in new homes, but we have an older house (1900) and wanted to install older fixtures to match. A few of these fixtures needed some basic, easy to obtain parts. One of the electricians in the crew knew what he was doing, but another was clearly uncomfortable with the older fixtures and ultimately unable to install two of them. They did honor their price quote, and show up on the date(s) they said, albeit a little late, and most of their work was OK. But communications with the company and some of the work did not inspire confidence."

Joe spent 20 minutes on the phone with me just to try and diagnose problem at 10pm at night. He was here the next morning and my AC unit was frozen solid. It was 13 years old and we decided to have joe install a new unit.He kept us informed through the whole process. Prices were very reasonable and there were absolutly no hidden fees.
