"The business owner Vick came to the house, went up on the roof to review the condition of the chimney (the only business that did so), and inspected the basement flue vent to determine what was needed. He was courteous and professional throughout his visit and answered all of our questions regarding the work needed and why. He provided an estimate the same day, which was fair and covered the services indicated. Lim and George who performed the work were also punctual, professional, and very nice. They finished the entire job on the same day and really did an excellent job overall on all of the work performed. They even went so far as to match the bricks they used to build up the chimney, which is 85 years old. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work. Vick and his team also followed up after the main job was completed on a cap and assisted with the inspection performed by the township. This is a company that wants to assure that everything is right and to ensure your satisfaction. I would certainly strongly recommend Approved Chimney to anyone that needs these services."

"Not very good. He came and look at it. Change some wires. I'm not sure if he was very knowledgeable with my fireplace. The switch that turn it on and off, he removed it completely and not said anything. I also had two switches which he took my part with them and left the panel with a hole in, where the switch show through. Never told me he was taking it out or told me that he is taking them. He show me the bill on his IPhone and I had sign it. With no info on it about service. After he left, called them to explain the bill. I asked for the receipt from them. I received it bill but it was not itemized for the service."
