"Sir, as we explained to you many times. You were given a ridiculously low price and then offered an extra 10% discount on top of that. You kept trying to get more off of a job that we were far underbid!! You received many estimates so I am sure you know what a deal you got and yet you have the audacity to complain when every other company wanted $2000 more! You paid less than $1000 for what should have been $3000. You did not negotiate with me for anything!!! This is a lie!!!! You tried working the technician over but he called the office to verify because he knew it was already far too low. You got caught! I never got on the phone with you that day so how would you know my level of professionalism? You tried to be a Sister and you failed. This is an illegal review!!!! You will be flagged in the system and will never be able to use us again. Good luck finding another company."
"We never heard from you. Any competitor will tell you that it was done incorrectly. We do these everyday and if you had an issue then I would've sent a town inspector to come look and issue a permit. They do not have an agenda. Your work was guaranteed so if you had a problem, we would've been happy to come service it and have a town spokesperson come check and make sure the work was done to code. If it was giving you a problem it may have needed to be raised a couple of feet or it may have needed a pot cleaning. But you decided to call other chimney companies and let them sell you. You should ALWAYS call the original company!!!"
"Wow!!!! This gentleman had no problem with the fact that the prior job had run over by an hour. We kept in touch and we were only late by an hour with his prior notice. He told the men that he was quoted a price of $125 for a sweep. WE HAVE NEVER DONE A SWEEP AND INSPECT FOR $125.....EVER!!!!! He was trying to swindle for a better price but when we make your appointment you get a text message and an email with your appt time, date, details and PRICE!!!! He had that info for 2 weeks and when we brought that to his attention he stumbled on his words. Nobody ever quoted him that price, because that's not even a price on our price list. He said that we should, "honor the price he was given" How did he receive a price we don't have???? He didn't even have a coupon and We had spoken four times prior to appt. He also tried to get the guys to do repairs on the side!!! THIS MAN IS A HUSTLER AND SWINDLER"
"This woman got an inspection. You CANNOT SWEEP A CHIMNEY UNTIL YOU INSPECT IT. Both flues were inspected and both passed inspection. She called and said that she wanted to know what the fireplace was made of and what type of stone it was and on and on. She said she wanted to know if it was safe so that if something went wrong she could blame us. I tried to explain that even if she passed inspection today that it may not pass after a few months. We told her that she could use her chimney and that she has an invoice showing that both flues were good to use. This did not please the woman. She said that was not an inspection. That she needs to know what was made of and how to get the stone clean. I asked her if she knew what the flu was and she just flipped out. She wanted an inspection, a sweep is preceded by an inspection, both passed. She was not there at the time and was not the homeowner. The homeowner was present and if she had been there to ask what the was made of or stone or height, my techs would've been happy to educate her."
