On short notice, Dave was able to coordinate the removal of our old vanity and toilet and returned soon after, after a separate flooring project was completed, to install a new vanity and toilet. The end result was beautiful and I appreciate the communication and coordination that Dave provided throughout the entire experience. I also want to mention that Dave’s price for the job was extremely reasonable! I’ll certainly be hiring Remodeling Experts for all of our future home improvement needs!"

We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. Henry and the whole crew at Mid-Atlantic Home Remodeling were absolutely fantastic!  After searching for nearly a year for a competent and reasonably priced contractor to remodel our kitchen, we finally found Henry and his team.  Others that we tried out were either charging way more than our budget would allow for or did not seem to have the expertise necessary to complete the job.   When Henry first came in and looked at our plans for updating our kitchen, he kindly expressed to us that the designs that we had in mind were not what would be ideal for our needs.  He listened to what we wanted, and well before signing a contract with us, he designed a much more efficient kitchen for us.  He answered all of our questions and calmed all of our fears in his simple, straightforward way. Once work began, his highly skilled team went about quickly demoing the old kitchen, removing all of the trash, and setting about installing our new kitchen. Watching the whole process unfold, it was obvious that the Mid-Atlantic Home Remodeling crew are highly skilled and efficient craftsmen.  He promised work would be finished in 5 weeks, but was able to complete everything in just 4. My wife and I are truly thrilled with how everything turned out! "Our upstairs hallway bathroom was in desperate need of a refresher so we reached out to Bob. Bob came over and discussed with us some design ideas along with estimates of cost and we were able to agree on a design that was within our budget (no pressure or upsell from Bob!). Bob and his crew were able to start the project within our desired timeframe and completed the remodel within the estimated length he gave us. Bob was communicative on what he and the crew planned to do each day and we saw the results of the plan each night! The crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day! I felt comfortable having them in my house while I was at home with my young children. But most importantly we were thoroughly impressed with Bob and the crew’s work and how the bathroom turned out- and right on budget! We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and can’t wait to have Nesspor Construction come back to work on our primary bathroom!"

"They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor.  Fantastic to work with.  Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured.  2nd project:  I had 4 other contractors bid.  I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes.  They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid.  They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."

"First I would like to say THANK YOU to those workers who have served our COUNTRY! Thank you SO MUCH for your service! Second, I would like to say I would give them a rating of 4.9 if it were an option! Jeremy gave us GREAT service, came to give an estimate fast, got us on the schedule asap, the guys were there to knock the work out nice and early on the scheduled day. These guys had a REALLY challenging tough project to tackle, the very old concrete steps (about 20 steps) to the river are crooked, uneven and seriously steep, their job was to build a handrail obviously to make the steps safer. They accomplished it even on a 90 degree day in pure sun for hours and hours and did not leave until it was done. We can breathe a sigh of relief for the first time since getting this property, it feels so solid and safe now going down those scary steep steps! Jeremy even gave me suggestions on how to increase the longevity of this wood, appreciated! These guys are hard workers, and we will use them again for sure!"
