They made us feel at ease throughout the entire process, and completed the basement in just 3 months. Within that time we had a luxury style basement that included a full gym, entertainment area, bar, and walkout with an updated storage area to complete the job. They also installed a sump pump and other requested items that were not a part of the original plan. The new basement increased our property value tremendously, and the quality of work was consistent with our current finishes. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."
