"We are delighted with the work Total Home Solution performed on our house.  They installed an in-law suite in our basement, complete with bathroom, full kitchen, bedroom, office, and remodeled laundry area.  When meeting with contractors for estimates, Tom seemed the most clued in to the needs of older adults, and even made points I had never thought of despite my being a nurse.  He was very careful to keep everything within the original budgeted estimate as much as possible, which allowed us to expand the project as we went along in the process.  We chose to do the painting ourselves to save money, and they left us with extra spackle, a sander, and paint fan, even though they didn't have to.
I also have to extend my thanks to the lead on the project, Chris.  I could hear them working from upstairs, and one of the subcontractors was a little, shall we say, salty.  Chris remained totally professional, and got all the workers to come together to get the job done right.  Lastly, but most important of all, was his humanity and kindness.  My father passed away unexpectedly the week before construction was to begin, and the funeral was out of town.  As part of our contract, we were supposed to have all furniture and personal belongings removed from the construction area prior to work beginning.  We got home after midnight the night before, and Chris and his team arrived at 7am.  We had not moved any items, and even though we broke the terms of the contract, Chris stepped up and moved everything himself.  He was so kind, and did everything he could so we would not have to worry about anything during a difficult time.  He was also very responsive throughout the project, and even immediately answered emails I sent 9:30 at night the day after he got married!  
We had such a wonderful experience I would highly recommend Tom and Chris to anyone looking to do work on their home, and will call on them for any future home renovation needs.
*Note: I did give them a "B" for responsiveness because they were a little slow in the beginning, but as per other reviews, they had some people out and were running short staffed in November/December.  We chose to begin the project after the New Year and it was smooth sailing after that.

"The Caboose Crew was wonderful. They were lovely to have in our home. They took care of our home while it was in their care and created rooms that we had only envisioned. They used the unique doors and lightening that we had acquired and made them look as if they were always there. We love our new laundry room, office and stair well. They did custom work as well. "After looking around for couple of months & being tired of doing so, we finally nailed down on the Basic Basement Companies for our basement finishing project and boy was it a great decision or what! We did not want a cookie-cutter design & wanted it done our way with the highest degree of quality but also in a quick time frame. I must mention here that they checked all the boxes & more...they were really top-notch through the entire gig! We started the project in Feb 2020 but had to stop soon due to the COVID-19 situation. They were so accommodating & told me to call them back whenever I feel comfortable to restart the project. I called them sometime in late June/early July and within a week they were back. The speed of execution, the co-ordination & the project management is second to none. Here are some highlights - - Let’s start with Todd, the sales guy who gave me the best price but more importantly explained everything so patiently as I had a few specific requests. - Next up Gail. I would just use one word for her - ROCKSTAR! She is truly one of the best people I have worked with & knows how to help and please customers. From scheduling their crew to come in per my accelerated request to scheduling the inspections, she was a one-stop-shop for anything & everything. - Finally Bob, the Project Manager. He is probably the smoothest operator I have come across & ensures his customers understand every step of the process and works with his customers until they are satisfied. One other key thing that I'd like to call out is that they have different teams for different kinds of work (that helps with the expertise & precision of every job) but everyone came with the required PPE to ensure safety during these unprecedented times. I highly recommend Basic Basement Companies for any remodeling projects that anyone might want to do in their respective homes."

"The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"We are thrilled with the renovation of our basement. Dan, the project manager, organized and oversaw the subcontractors so that no time was lost during the renovation. We were amazed that a project of this size was completed in 4 weeks given that they had to demolish an existing basement from the 1970s. Mario, the main carpenter, was pleasant, a talented and hard worker ,and could picture and execute solutions to complicated design issues posed by the existing systems of our house. We love the outcome which is peaceful and harmonious. The quality of all the materials used was excellent and ideal for a basement. We would highly recommend Lux Renovations."

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

"Our upstairs hallway bathroom was in desperate need of a refresher so we reached out to Bob. Bob came over and discussed with us some design ideas along with estimates of cost and we were able to agree on a design that was within our budget (no pressure or upsell from Bob!). Bob and his crew were able to start the project within our desired timeframe and completed the remodel within the estimated length he gave us. Bob was communicative on what he and the crew planned to do each day and we saw the results of the plan each night! The crew was very friendly and cleaned up after themselves each day! I felt comfortable having them in my house while I was at home with my young children. But most importantly we were thoroughly impressed with Bob and the crew’s work and how the bathroom turned out- and right on budget! We couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom and can’t wait to have Nesspor Construction come back to work on our primary bathroom!"

"We hired Mitch and Bob to finish our basement. They gave us a good and through estimate. Mitch made a couple visits prior to starting the job to make sure we were comfortable with the design, layout and timeline and was very open to suggestions. What is great is that they only take up one job at a time and are committed to it. They were on a consistent schedule. The quality of the job is excellent and everything was very collaborative. Would definitely hire them again if needed and recommend to others. They also took care of many smaller requests we had during the time they finished our basement. "This was a Commercial Office Space Remodeling. Jeremy is a GC for others to model after... ALWAYS available for communication, handled all of the scheduling for the project, worked off hours to allow for production needs and filled in when Subs were unavailable. Assisted in the Office furniture design and layout, pick-up, delivery and installation of furniture. A++ I've already used them again on smaller projects. Highly Recommend!!!"
