"The overall experience was good the only thing is make sure you read everything in the contract. We had a paver walkway put in which is beautiful they did a great job on that. The problem was we had stone put around our pool & they did not put fabric under the stone witch we thought was a no brainer you always put fabric under the stone to keep the weeds down. My wife Questioned this when we got home to check the progress & Trevor said that it wasn't in the contract so they were not going to fix that. MAKE sure you look over every detail in the contract."

Yes - he is short on the phone, he gets flustered with too much opinion or questions - but if everyone puts on their big boy pants and focuses on the output - you will be more than happy. His crew CRANKS out the work - no lollygagging - Dixon is there at the beginning and a few drive bys, and at the end. I have no problem with that - again, focus on a beautifully completed project and know that he isn't Dale Carnegie - I wanted a beautiful patio, walkways and hardscaping at a great price - I got that. "Marygrove Awning was very responsive to my first inquiry. It was mid November when I first contacted them and we we had a very tight time frame that the new awning cover needed to be installed. Our awning is over the front of our business and is in a historic district. We could not have the old retractable frame removed and replaced with a newer type. Understandably , the company could not guarantee their work on the existing frame. Not having a guarantee concerned me but under the circumstance we had no choice. The day of installation was bitterly cold and windy. Two workers showed up on time and worked steadily in the bitter cold on a piece of equipment (our old awning frame) they previously had very little if any experience with. I was very impressed with how well they worked. It works beautifully 8 months later and we are pleased. I highly recommend MaryGrove Awning. If you have an old retractable frame like ours this firm is able to step up and take care of the situation. The two guys who worked that very cold rainy day on a very old piece of equipment should be very proud of the job they did.
