Others outright refused to do the job because I lived in an HOA community and they preferred not to deal with the back and forth with an HOA board. Some said my project was "too small". Despite township surface limitations, my HOA's regulations, and difficulty in accessing my backyard Shaun and his crew got it done. Every step of the process, he had a solution for the size, configuration, and drainage. He kept me informed of my next steps so I always knew what to expect next. Even after a township bounced back my initial proposal, Shaun drew up a revised plan to accomplish what I still wanted to do without compromising the aesthetic of my patio. He always kept me updated on the cost expectations so I was never blindsided by any surprise expenses. Not only that, but the work was completed far quicker than I expected.
