Others outright refused to do the job because I lived in an HOA community and they preferred not to deal with the back and forth with an HOA board. Some said my project was "too small". I get it, builders need to secure bigger jobs. They got people to take care of too. But people in humble homes need work done too. It also wasn't easy to access my home since I live in a middle unit with no rear road access. I was so close to just giving up. Shaun not only came out to my property, but also provided me with an estimate, and get this; a follow up call. Despite township surface limitations, my HOA's regulations, and difficulty in accessing my backyard Shaun and his crew got it done. Every step of the process, he had a solution for the size, configuration, and drainage. He kept me informed of my next steps so I always knew what to expect next. Even after a township bounced back my initial proposal, Shaun drew up a revised plan to accomplish what I still wanted to do without compromising the aesthetic of my patio. After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished.
