After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. "We had a great experience from the estimate with Micheal to the installation with Ryan and Antonio. The whole process was seamless. Ryan and Antonio removed an old tent-like grill cover and hauled the pieces away. They checked to see if the placement was to our liking before they started. The entire process took 2 hours. Ryan explained all the parts, how to use the remote and care and maintenance. Love the fabric we chose and how much cooler our patio is. We get direct sunlight all afternoon into the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our choice and how it looks."
