"I was not only in the market for a new patio but a new drainage solution. A recent flash flood was exacerbated by my concrete patio that seemed to keep water between my house and the grass. This led to water leaking in and potential water damage to my home. I got several different hardscapers to come to my house. Some provided a quote, but never called back. Despite township surface limitations, my HOA's regulations, and difficulty in accessing my backyard Shaun and his crew got it done. Every step of the process, he had a solution for the size, configuration, and drainage. He kept me informed of my next steps so I always knew what to expect next. Even after a township bounced back my initial proposal, Shaun drew up a revised plan to accomplish what I still wanted to do without compromising the aesthetic of my patio. He always kept me updated on the cost expectations so I was never blindsided by any surprise expenses. Not only that, but the work was completed far quicker than I expected.
