Chris Apgar and Zach Murray from Patio Enclosures, Bensalem, PA finished installing a 3-season room at our home last week. We want to recognize them for the great job they on this project. Their attention to detail and pride in workmanship are the best we have seen. Their dedication to Customer Satisfaction is commendable; both are real assets to the Patio Enclosures organization. The crew that came out and built our sunroom was terrific. The quality of the materials is top rate. However, we leak in the roof that began recently. We have called their office several times (usually it goes right to voicemail with no return call). We finally managed to speak with someone who said we will get a service repair visit. It has been two weeks and nothing happened. I called several times and finally got a call back to say they are delayed. Today I was told they are backed up and that a service visit to fix the room we had installed only a year ago may take MONTHS. I thought this was a joke. So I said if that means that we may have to wait until, say, July? I was told, yes, that is quite possible. This is unacceptable. We have floor damage from the leaky roof and cannot expect them to address it for months. This is not bad service, this is the absence of service.

Top to bottom, the experience of working with Patio Enclosures (in Bensalem PA) was excellent--from sales advice and design, to the quality of the product, the installation, and the finished product. We are glad to have made this investment in our home with this company. Many different contractors were contacted, but it always involved selecting all materials that added cost. This company specializes in the patio enclosures and has their own frames (aluminum or vinyl--in 3 colors) with their own glass (single or double paned). Tom, the salesman was excellent, as was Dan (the manager) and the installers were courteous, capable, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend this company. Please keep in mind, however, that you must arrange for your own flooring and electricity and lighting--which is a small price to pay for the installation of a great and a reasonable system.

Tony Beeman and Jeremy completed a replacement of my patio roof. This was a challenge as the old roof was not part of the glass wall kit installed years ago. They did a fantastic job. They explained everything, kept me in the loop and cleaned up afterwards. Also, the Installation Coordinator-Joan Vernot emailed me updates every step of the way until the install. I am very happy with the quality and appearance of the new roof. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Tony Beeman and Jeremy were phenomenal installers especially working on a pre-existing structure. The lead installer, Tony, communicated each section as they worked so that we could understand what was happening when situations arose. I would recommend both installers for future reference. The patio was well worth the wait. An excellent job well done.

The Installer Piotr was as good as it gets, solved every problem with careful thought, left my patio as good if not better then arrived, always included me in the final decisions. And I loved a contractor who listened to classical music. LOL
