We are enjoying our sunroom that was completed in March 2023. Mike and the team were accommodating and professional. We love the window & screens and the option of taking the windows out for a more open feel and also for cleaning. The financing option is also a great which made this sunroom addition affordable. I could not be happier with my new enclosed porch! Mike came out in 11/21 and described options, took measurements and gave me an estimate and financing options to enclose an existing side porch for a 3-season room that had a concrete floor, roof and 4 posts. I was told that the project would take about 3 weeks and would begin in March. Everything was spot on! The completed project has aluminum framing, two steel doors, and vinyl floor. Everybody who's seen it says it's gorgeous! I am very satisfied.

SRA KEPT OF APPRAISED OF THE PROGRESS OF THE MATERAIL AND SHIP DATE AS WE WENT ALONG. MIKE AND HIS EMPLOYEES MADE SURE ALL DETAILS WERE CORRECT. THE INSTALLION WENT WITHOUT AND PROBLEMS. They did so well and I a so pleased.

Its been 2 years since we had our large screen room done. We lovvveeee it. Not only is it beautiful, welcoming, and festive but its sturdy and great fun. While it did take a long time to complete it was well worth it I am so glad we went with SRA Mike was fantasic with texting even calling when we needed him. Ed who actually installed the room was THE BEST OF THE BEST and Steve the concrete guy was outstanding also. While there were a few bumps in the road, the over all opinion of it was excellence and excellent experience.

I had a small 8x20 feet patio enclosed. This took them 2 months to complete. The first time it rained, it leaked in five places. Not just small leaks... two of them produced puddles, for one leak near the door, I have to set a bucket to catch the stream. They sent someone down to fix the leaks. The next time it rained, it leaked in the places that were supposedly **fixed** again. In fact, they came down five times to **fix** these leaks, and never fixed them. It still leaks. After that, they just ignored my emails, and I have not seen them since. UPDATE 3/18/2021: Every time I saw it leak, I sent them pictures of it, I was not making it up so I sent them proof!

We could not be happier with our new sunroom. Our existing conditions where our sunroom that was installed required a real installation mechanic to adapt to them and that is just what we got. Thanks for a great job, Carl. He installed our sunroom as if it was his own. From our initial visit with Mike at our home and follow-up communications with other team members, everything went smooth!

We recently had SRA install a covered Pergala over our Patio, and 3 months later we decided to hire them again, to enclose half of it in.I can't tell you how happy we are with it. From the very first meeting with Chris, and the project manager, and Mike Foti, they are all so nice. They are like Family to us, now. If you ever have a question just pick up the phone and call them anytime, They are always there to help in any way. I even called Chris one night at 11:00, because I was nervous, and he picked up and explained everything to me. They don't pressure you at all. The fact is they don't have to. Everyone that see's our room , loves it, and asks who did this for you. We couldn't be any more happier. So happy to get to enjoy my room 24-7 . Love you guys! YOU ALL ROCK!

I worked with Chris and Mike to design an operable pergola to cover my patio that receives sun all day and was uncomfortable to sit out . Both Chris and Mike were knowledgeable and easy to work with. The quality and operation of the pergola is exceptional and the crew that installed it were professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend SRA Home Products and the aluminium pergola.
