"The pro was very communicative, able to adapt to my schedule and provided the exact work requested in a timely professional manner. It was very humid the day of install and they made a return trip to make sure everything dried and sealed appropriately."

"I called late Friday and was given an appointment for the next morning! They replaced a few shingles, sealed a couple areas on the roof and did a complete inspection. I asked for an estimate to replace the roof and it was less than I expected, but was told it didn't need done now. The roof is well over 20 years old, but they said the repairs they made should get me through the next year or two. With that kind of honesty they will definitely be the company that replaces my roof. They were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Affordable Roofing."

Building a home compared to buying one is also more expensive, both in the building process and when it comes to mortgage rates and property taxes.

Yes, integrating sustainable practices and energy efficiency into plans is common.

You don’t have to commit to a complete home renovation to age in place comfortably—those can get pricey. Instead, focus on a few impactful changes. These thoughtful updates can make your home much easier to navigate and enhance your comfort and safety without the stress and cost of a complete overhaul.
