I would strongly advise against using this contractor. I had the unfortunate experience of having Steve as a subcontractor on a bathroom remodeling project. A few weeks after the project was completed, he came after me because he hadn't gotten paid by the general contractor, even though I had paid in full. He threatened me with a mechanics lien and basically used me to put pressure on the general contractor to get paid. The general contractor sent the check that same week, but I have no doubt Steve would have put a lien on my property and forced me to pay him twice. Anyone who does this kind of thing to a paying customer doesn't deserve my business. Do yourself a favor and avoid his guy. Also, the guy failed to show for two appointments. The second time was a Saturday morning when he was supposed to fix some improperly wired fans. He simply texted me "Monday, 8am". Unbelievable. This guy doesn't deserve to be in business.

It was perfect!  The work was perfect and the price was perfect. He listens and might make a suggestion but will do what one asks. I wanted a sink with two faucet handles. I did not want one faucet handle to try to adjust. He got a beautiful one from his supplier with the higher, arced faucet. just perfect. He has the education, know-how and the crew to do  good job.
