"We had a great experience with All Phase. After spending weeks trying to get other contractors to call us back about our full kitchen reno, Joe called less than an hour after I sent him an email telling him what we were looking to do, and he already had ideas and was ready to talk about them. This communication continued as Joe *always* called back when he said, something that is REALLY difficult for most contractors to do but is so valuable for a large project with so many moving parts. Designer Kris worked with us to re-design the kitchen in our new house from floor to ceiling, adding a ton of functionality where it was lacking before as well as an aesthetic that surpassed our expectations. Robert and team did a fantastic job on executing that design, keeping our house clean (they even switched out the air filter regularly throughout the project as it was working overtime with construction dust) and always letting us know how things were going. They allowed for small changes as we saw things in person, and we appreciated their flexibility. Everyone involved in the project did a great job. As the owner, we felt Joe really stood behind their work and compared to other companies we spoke to where their subcontractors were less ingrained in the process, Joe made it clear that he was the point of contact and would not ever pass the buck on something regardless of who among the team was in charge of it. That was really encouraging for us, after having poor experiences in the past with contractors who did not have that attitude. We will be having All Phase back to screen in our patio, add a new extended outdoor space, and anything else we can come up with between now and then.
