Rod Simpson came to view the property and prepared an estimate. Glenn E. Simpson was the original builder of the property we bought so it was kind of neat that his son was handling our basement remodel. We didn't have a timeline so the work was done in a little over a month. Rod and Deborah (the office manager) communicated with us via email every step of the way and changes were made to the project as needed. It went smoothly and the crew was professional. I have nothing critical to say. It was a great experience and I only have praise for this company. I would like to use this company again on the bathroom we envision adding to the basement in the future.

They did an excellent job. Their price, time, followup, and everything else was great. Everything went OK. I like all of them; the owner, the workers, the subcontractors, and everyone else. I would absolutely use them again and I have recommended them to one of my neighbors who is using them now.
