"We are glad that “some work was very nice”, however I’d argue that you also had some problems “remembering” what was included in our original contract, and 3 change orders. I spoke with Audrey on 5/26, I have always responded to you guys, sometimes it was not what you wanted to hear. We are open to constructive criticism and working with our clients to achieve the satisfactory outcome. The final balance was requested early because of material delays related to Covid-19, the custom vanity shelves and door lever were delayed. This did not delay the functionality of your new bathroom. We started your project immediately to accommodate your sell by / move in date and allow you to move into your new home ASAP. Your project became difficult when multiple contractors became involved. For example, you completed the demo, part of the electrical, hired an independent floor refinisher / painter / trim installer, and separate kitchen remodeler. You provided a lot of used materials, purchased from the “Restore”. Including a toilet, pedestal sink, lav. faucet, vanity light fixtures, and shower fixtures that we told you we could not guarantee their functionality or include them in our 1-year warranty plan. You have never mentioned any plumbing / electrical issues. If those problems are related to our workmanship or materials that we provided, we will 100% come check it out and resolve them to the best of our ability. All items that were included in our contract, were provided. I believe you are referring to the trim that we purchased at our discounted cost, delivered / unloaded in your basement, after our portion of the project was completed. We did this because we genuinely liked working with you, did not want any animosity, did not want to see you spend 3x the amount at Lowe’s, and wanted your house to be move in ready. This became difficult because of the independent contractors involved, painter / trim installer. A lesson was learned, we will no longer do portions of large projects. Thank you for your business."
"Thanks, it has been a pleasure working with you. Let us know when you are ready to tackle the your next project!"
"Thank you for such kind words! Our team loved working with your family!"

"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed]. Every single person within our company that had the chance to meet / work with you and Steph, just could not say enough great things about you both. You guys were truly a pleasure to work for and made our jobs as easy as they could ever be! I have to give credit to the stunning design choices you made along the way, those details really made your project stand out amongst the rest. We are thrilled to be able to feature your multiple projects on every social media platform we have. LOL. Thank you again! Obviously, we would be happy to work for you anytime. All the best, Cassie."
"Thank you for your review, we take the good with the bad, and although we do everything we can to please every customer, sometimes things happen that aren't perfect, and we try to correct problems that arise the best way we know we can. However here is another case where the job turned out perfect, hit a bump or two along the way, nothing is easy in life especially a house like this one with wire mesh in corners, and already previously "remuddled" by homeowner before we got there. Can't please everybody! Again, I have to mention again 144 good reviews, 2 bad ones doesn't happen by accident,"
"[Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review, it was out pleasure to work for you. We are so pleased that you are happy the with job. Denise Mione"

"This woman has some serious mental issues. She says N/A to quality? Isn't that priority #1? If she was unhappy with how her job turned out she would've criticized the job, but she can't because it turned out perfectly. It is beautiful. Plus, what I am going through now with the customer it is now March 23rd and we've been done for a month and a half and we still haven't gotten the balance of the project. She has lied about the check being in the mail and telling us it was sent and it keeps dragging on and on. It is easy to see why I knew I had to be on top of my draw schedule with her. We believe she never had anyone do work for her in the past (which is reflected in the shape of her house) and doesn't have any basis to reference us on, so she hears bad stories about contractors and assumed right away that we were one of them. Everything that I told this lady came true, I never lied to her about anything. The job didn't go as planned, but we live in the north east and the temperatures drop. Had I seen that coming I wouldn't have started the job at all, but it created start and stop work there until the project was finished. It was the only way to do it without breaking siding. That is true, she did ask me one time (when she finally responded to an e-mail, that was sent 3 days before. She was unreachable, uneducated regarding siding being installed in the winter. Plus, if we pull off a job because of weather, the fill in job isn't always a 1 day job, so now 2 jobs are started, not fair to make the people sit that squeezed us in to work. Plus that may have happened one day. This lady was a problem from day 1. And can you blame me for aggressively going after the draws? She contradicts herself above when she says it wasn't half done, the job is 22 square of shingles and 11 square were on. What is to fight about. She has serious issues that are beyond my pay grade to help. She was also virtually impossible to reach by phone or e-mail, but conveniently blames other people for her shortcomings. Job looks great, better insulated, professionally done. And one last thing, she starts out by saying I told her I would personally be doing the job. That never happened. I would have told her who would be doing the job if she would've asked, but she never did. Trying to make us look like we're sneaking something by her? Dwayne is one of two great siding guys we use and I don't see a reason to point out to a customer that a sub-contractor would be helping one of our guys, which is exactly what happened. Considering legal action because of the slanderous/public nature of the situation. Some people suck and she sucked from the word go!"
