"I called Speedy Septic July 13, 2017 to schedule pumping of my septic tank. The earliest available time was August 2 between 8 and 9 am. As that date approached, the weather was very hot and I offered to have them arrive as early as possible on the scheduled day. They arrived promptly at 7 am. It required a minimal amount of digging to uncover the septic tank. In addition to the pumping equipment, they used their own hose and water during the process, although they did ask for a hose or at least a water spigot. I did not have running water outside at the time, as I had advised when I made the appointment. "Is it weird to say a septic service company are angels from the Lord, because that is how we feel today. I’m about to have our fourth baby and we discovered a clog that resulted in leakage (I’ll spare the details)onto our lawn where our kids play. I called A Affordable Septic, they were so kind and helpful on the phone, and called their technician who got to our house within HALF AN HOUR. He figured out the problem, not only fixed it but also cleaned up the leaked sewage (which we were not expecting!) and bleached the area, and pumped our whole system. He also took his own initiative to fix the broken pipe and cap we hadn’t gotten around to and order us a new clean cap. "Ice developed on the floor of my refrigerator's freezer indicating that the drain might be plugged.  Ron Jordan took apart the freezer (it's a Whirlpool with a drawer door, two baskets, and an ice maker) to check behind the back panel and discovered that additional ice had accumulated.  He carefully defrosted and removed all the ice, reassembled the freezer, and cleaned up as he went.  He then moved the refrigerator away from the wall to check the drain plug.  As he thought, the drain plug was clogged because the slit allowed for water passage was so narrow that it clogged easily.  He opened up the passage so the water could drain more easily, vacuumed out the water in the tray, wiped up the area and moved the unit back in place.  He also reattached the handle of the freezer which had been pulled off accidently several months ago.
Ron is very pleasant and knowledgable about appliances.  His company responded promptly to my message and Ron came out the next morning.   The freezer is happy again and so am I!
