Very well. I first contacted this company to address a roof leak on my personal residence several years ago. Since then, I have hired them to do roof replacements on at least four rental properties and they have done other roof repairs, revisions, or cleanings on at least four others. I have experienced many problems in the past with other roofing contractors - as a rental property investor of 30 years in the Salem-Corvallis-Beaverton areas. This crew is honest and does superior work.

It was phenomenal. They were efficient, fast, and polite. It was done in a phenomenal fashion.

It was wonderful, they are on time and very kind. They did a good job.

He showed us what's needed to be done. He took pride on what he did. He goes extra mile to make sure the work that they did was right. If he says he's gonna be there, he will be there. They cleaned up everyday after work and we don't had any damage to our property. They gave us a good price. I really like working with him. Very down to earth and honest person. He was mindful of things.

The first time I hired Quintana Roofing was a few years ago to troubleshoot a roof leak. Since then, I have hired them to clean some roofs, another time to remove a chimney that was no longer needed (replacing the area with roofing), and still another time to re-flash a chimney where leaking had occurred. I would rate their work "A" for all jobs. Fidel Quintana is meticulous about his work and uses only high quality materials. He is especially knowledgeable about installing chimney flashing. This job went without a hitch. I am a residential real estate investor/manager. Finding an honest and reliable roofing contractor for re-roofing, roof cleaning, and repairs is very valuable.

He was quick to respond when I contacted him for a quote.  He came personally, walked all around the roof and then gave me a reasonable quote.  We scheduled a service date.  He showed up on time and worked very hard.  He was thorough and careful not to damage the roof.  When it took longer than he expected, he showed up the next morning to finish the job.  We were very satisfied.

Our roof was leaking into the attic around chimney.  Nery came out the same day and sealed up the leaks.   Later, after extremely heavy rain and wind, we found that the area was still leaking.   Nery and her dad came out right away and worked on it more.   It was determined that there is a problem with the flashing and the way it was originally installed.  Once the rains subside, our plan is to replace the flashing to provide a more permanent solution.    Thanks Nery!

I called Fidel on Sunday, which is listed as their day off, and left a message.  Within an hour, Fidel called me back and arranged to stop by and take a look at the leak.  He showed up within an hour and quickly identified what he thought was causing the leak.  Before doing anything, he explained what he saw and what he was going to do to fix it.  He replaced a shingle, plugged a nail hole that was right over the leak, and sealed some flashing areas.  We were very happy that he was able to come out so quickly on short notice on his day off and help us out.

I called in at 9:45 a,m, and they were here by 10:15 a.m. in the pouring down rain her repaired the roof and put in a new vent. great people to deal with, would  recommend and will use again if the need arises.

It went great!  Fidel and his daughter, Nery, were very friendly and professional.  They were able to fix our roof right away which gave us great peace of mind.  We haven't had another rain yet to check the leak, but it seems like they did a great job. They replaced a few shingles and even found another suspect area and fixed it.  We will definitely call them for any future concerns.

Because of weather, they needed 3 visits to complete the job.  Very professional in all respects. The cost seemed a bit high although their bid was not the highest I received-  also not the lowest.  All the moss was removed by hand- no pressure washing,etc. so as to do the least harm to the roof.

He is prompt, responsive and courteous. He seemed to work hard and I would use him again.

From the first contact with Mr Quintana and his daughter to the final hand shake their entire outfit worked with hard and with a professional attitude. The quote was fair and there were no surprises during the process. Mr Quintana and his crew showed up on time each day and worked hard till quitting time. The end product was exactly as i had expected. I would recommend this group for anyone that needs roof work done.
