"Paul came out and met us to see what the project entailed. He then provided us with a very reasonable quote. The office staff worked with us to help pick our choices (they have many fireplaces). After everything was ordered, they set up the installation. The technicians arrived at exactly the time they said they would. Paul accompanied them and they started the job on time. They were very respectful of our home, and they kept us updated with pictures and texts. They were finished on time, and left the place very clean. "Dutch arrived early for the appointment and completed the work quickly. We just bought the house and had questions about the furnace, which Dutch was happy to answer. We had a coupon for their Spring Furnace Tune-up special, priced at $140, so were surprised when the bill only came to $99. The woman at the office explained that special pricing was for oil furnaces, and as our gas furnace was simpler to service, they only charged for the actual time and labor. You gotta love that attitude in a service provider! 
The recommendation for Mr. Nash came from our Realtor, and we are very happy to have found a friendly family business providing quality service at reasonable prices. We were so happy, in fact, that we had them back the next day to move the thermostat in the new house to a better location. Again, they were prompt and professional, and did a great job.

All went well.  Mike arrived on time and began in the fireplace.  He cleaned the firebox, and connected a vacuum to the chimney to remove the soot from the interior.  He prepared the space well, securing the vacuum and using a drop cloth on the hearth and nearby carpet.  No dust or debris was left and we didn't need to move any furniture.  Mike also inspected the exterior of the chimney, from the ground and from the roof.  He took photos of some damage to the cap and of moss that cant be seen from the ground. He recommended areas that may need attention, and suggested things to better maintain our fireplace and get more years out of it.

We will definitely call them again for any chimney work.

"There was a small delay in communication between all parties when arranging the appointment for the plumbing evaluation/repair, but nothing that I would consider to be completely abnormal.  Upon arrival Dale was very personable and professional.  He arrived in their designated window of time.  He quickly determined the only option was to cut an opening in the ceiling of my laundry room to access the pipes and find the leak from my up stairs shower.  He laid out a floor cover to help protect my property which was very appreciated.  He cut a small hole in the ceiling and found the damaged pipe.  He quickly removed the damaged part and replaced with new pipe.  He tested the new pipe to ensure there were no additional leaks.  He went above and beyond, and tightened down my shower head in the aforementioned shower since it had a small drip.  I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reputable plumbing company.  This work was paid for by another party, as that party was the one who caused the pipe damage, so I do not know the actual cost of the service.  But Dale was prompt, and worked quickly which I appreciated as it allowed me to get back to work without too much delay."
