The plumber contacted me to say he was running late, but he still showed up within the scheduled timeframe and even a little earlier than he predicted. The job turned out to be an easy fix and he was in and out in half an hour. He was very pleasant and very professional. My only complaint, if I can even call it that, was the cost seemed a little high. But the worst case scenario would have cost much much more, and I don't know what the going rate is anyway.
