AJ was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He explained things well, showed up when he said he would, and the quality of the work was excellent. "Drained the water heater of sediment to keep the water from running brown out of the bathroom tap. Continued to have issues, although not as bad as before. It appears to be getting better. Also dragged mud in from boots on new carpet. They apologized and attempted to clean up afterwards. At the end of it all I would only recommend them if time and availability of other providers are not an option."
