AJ was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. He explained things well, showed up when he said he would, and the quality of the work was excellent. "Garage door was sticking because of driveway sealer was on the garage door rubber which caused the door to stick to the cement. When opening the door it would jerk because of the sealer. Woodward used an oil lubricant and cleaned the rubber and cement Door worked fine but after a few days the door was sticking again. I called Woodward. The person I talked with said she would leave a message for someone to call me back. Never received a call back. Very disappointing. I cleaned the rubber with paint thinner and so far door works fine"

William, and his assistant Nathan, put in the kitchen tiles within 2 days and my floor is amazing. One of the big positives, is that William will stop work to answer questions and show what he is doing. Unfortunately, the company making my walk-in shower is a little slow, so I have not been able to get the bathroom done. IWilliam explained what type of walk-in shower he ordered, which will be the safest one for my needs. I can't wait to see what it looks like when finished. "Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink. That was a much more difficult clog while working in a tight space. Keith was cheerful, funny and kind the entire time. The first clog cost a flat $178 and the additional drain was $88.
