He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). He even identified and fixed another displaced drain connection, and installed a cleanout at the exterior of home. He had a very positive attitude (even in the cold rain) and stayed until it was done (while working in the dark). He was very good at explaining the situation and the work that needed to be done. "Grumpy's Drains was the only company who could get us on their schedule within a week. A half hour before our appointment time, Keith called to let me know he was on his way and then showed up exactly on time. My husband had tried to snake the drains multiple times with no success. Keith was able to clean the clog out of the tub in less than 10 minutes (water balloon and hair clog). He then went to work on the pedestal sink.
