We chose his higher-end tile recommendation because of its custom-appeal and economy - it was a great value and look for the price. The carpet removal and tile install went very smoothly and was completed in the expected time frame. His installer was well-skilled, showed up on time, and was minimally invasive. Mess was also minimal and taken care of by the installer. All we had to do was to put everything back into the bathroom when he was finished. And although the original floor had noticeable bumps, divots, and squeaks, the new product was perfectly flat and noiseless, making it that much more striking and elegant. His project coordinator came by a few days later to wrap things up and insure that we received the product and service expected.
