They showed me the accumulated debris that was coming out, and fixed a gap that allowed air to be drawn up from the basement around the return. They were very careful when moving furniture to access the ducts, as well. On top of doing a wonderful job, they were the nicest guys imaginable. Since the duct cleaning, there is no longer an odd smell when I turn on the heat, so that was immediately noticeable and a real improvement. I have already noticed less dust on my furniture. Tip top, all the way."

Gutters and downspouts were flushed, and all walls/windows/surfaces and surrounding areas were rinsed clean. Moss-killer-inhibitor (zinc?) treatment was applied to roof. All debris was collected and hauled away, and the property was rinsed and left in excellent condition. The technicians Tyson and John-Carlos were very professional, efficient, and pleasant.
