"We hired Laser Tile to tile our shower and bathroom floor. The quality of work is so good that we will hire John again for any other work we need done. His work is excellent, he shows up and gets the work done when he says he will, putting in as much time as he needs to do it right and on time. He is very easy to work with, responsive - answers his phone - and checks during the progress of his work to make sure he is doing exactly what you want. His work is beautiful as well as excellent. "Very professional. Shannon came at the end to see how it went and if there were any questions I had, and asked me to call if I found anything that needed more attention. The girls were finished but had not left yet. They came back up to the house and washed the outside of the windows as well, which was very nice. I was fine with them catching that during their next visit, but they gladly took care of it right away. They were detailed in their cleaning and I haven't found anything that was missed."

"Pros: Friendly and professional, foreman was knowledgeable and helpful, overall we are happy with the outcome. Cons: Communication breakdowns, workmanship on the tiling was not as good as expected, missed deadlines, broken water pipe during demo causing a waterfall in the newly remodeled kitchen, felt like our contractor was distracted with other jobs."
