I've also had spotty service fixing lawn irrigation issues, and the staff is not well trained about limiting damage or cleanup issues to the home related to their work. Leaf blower use damages the siding and removes topsoil, and edge trimming often sprays mud up onto the walls, which must be cleaned up frequently. I think they rely too much on leaf blowers instead of using rakes in areas where the blowers create problems. The company has never asked for my feedback about their service and how it could be improved."

"Two crew members actually showed up a day ahead of schedule to begin work, with the full crew arriving the second day.  We were told that the job would include the removal of three trailer loads of yard debris, but unfortunately they left a large (taller than me) pile of debris in the back yard at the end of the second day.  I did call and speak to Doug about this issue; he told me that he would get someone out to clean it up but that has yet to occur.
