Extremely well. I had work done last year that left me with no lawn, sod rolls that died, undelivered items, and a lot to be corrected. Juan and his crew have been able to bring back a lawn that virtually didn't exist, corrected so many items in the front and back yards, clean up the beds, install proper bark, and arborvitae, etc. In addition, the gutters (with screens) and roof were cleaned. he cost included time and materials and there were a lot of smaller things done that were by products of what was being done. He is prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, follows up with anything that needs more attention under the terms of the contract, is personable and is completely involved with his crew, who are also very competent. They all CARE about the work to be done and how it appears. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

Juan is very friendly. I have a small back yard and he and his crew make quick work of the mess it becomes because of weeds and evergreen detritus. The job is always done well.

they did a fantastic job and were fun and personable in the beginning - I’m the end he became harder to schedule forgetful and a bit unorganized - we weren’t getting the weed and feed and when he was called on it and other service items he became a bit of a finger Pointer at me the customer lied and became passive aggressive the relationship went south so we ended our contract.

Great. Juan and his team have been caring for my yard for several years. He is conscientious and always strives to do things the way I like them done. That includes weeding, removing leaves and debris, pruning, cutting back plants, mowing and edging. He does extra things when I ask, such as removing a spreading plant, usually without additional charge. Every year my HOA gives me a compliment/thanks for the way my yard looks. And it's kind of a complicated yard to manage. I also trust Juan to do other jobs for me, such as cleaning gutters, washing decks, and pressure washing the driveway. He's a nice guy.

It is a gift each month to see our yard detailed and cleaned up in s speedy manner. They are a great crew-so efficient and skilled. Peace of mind and a self care gift on a regular basis.—I’m grateful.

Grass Doctor has been servicing my yard on a monthly basis for a few years. They do an excellent job with upkeep and have never missed a service date. The quality of work was excellent and they used their time well. They prioritized quality over speed when trimming the bushes and I appreciated that. Language was a barrier to effective communication though. We figured it out but I was glad I was there the whole time. Supervisor came by and checked the work at the end, and they cleaned up wonderfully.

They were great. This is the second time we used them. They were punctual and worked hard through rain, hail, snow!

After being a loyal customer for the past three years, I thought that I enjoyed a good relationship with Juan and his crew. While his service was good, the treatment that I received as a loyal customer was less than respectful. Last Saturday (03/18/17), I sent Juan a message asking him to begin his lawn service again in 2017. Today (03/20/17), I was informed by Juan that he no longer would service me as customer. In addition, he would notrecommend anyone else to mow my lawn. I do not think that this very professional and is no way to treat a good customer. This really leaves me in a lurch because I currently do not have anyone to mow my lawn. To say I am disappointed by Juan's lack of notice to a loyal customer for the past three years is an understatement. That is what I get for being a loyal customer who always paid on time and treated he and his crew with the utmost of courtesy and respect. In addition, Juan's bookkeeping was lax, requiring me to prove that I made payment on a regular basis. Correcting Juan's bookkeeping errors was time-consuming and unnecessary. As a result of Juan's actions, I hesitate to recommend Juan and the Grass Doctor Landscape to anyone!
