He came over that same day and sent us a bid the very next day. He was very thorough explaining what needed to be done and sent us pictures from Home Depot of different items we needed for the job and let us pick out exactly what we wanted. Oak with an unusual finish I love though was challenging to install because not uniform. I have electric now for pendant lighting over an eating bar, and they changed my fixture in dining room. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"They had to come back to repair a couple of the leaks they had previously repaired. This time  it was the owner who showed up.This time he stated that we needed a new roof at a pretty considerable cost.I think it wad probably a fair estimate but unable to afford it at this time."
