Rogue Valley Heating & Air Conditioning

My regular a/c repairman was out of town and i needed to repair a tenantà ¢à  à  s a/c. A friend recommended this company so i called them and they came out the same day. Their repair was prompt, although my husband was not to impressed by the repairman. But when I got the bill i was in total shock. $640 which was probably double of what I would have been charged by my other repairman. When I spoke to a gentleman in the office, i am assuming he was the owner, he said he had to cover his overhead of staff and workman. So my advice to anyone needing this type of repair is to find a small business who does not need to charge as much to cover their expenses. If money is no object and you want the job completed quickly, go for them. They did the repair and the unit is working fine. But I feel they are overpriced.
