Looking Up Roofing, LLC

I had come across Looking Up Roofing, LLC while searching for local contractor reviews. Every review of theirs I found was very positive, so I was planning on reaching out to them. They beat me to it by contacting me first since they had gotten my name from searching on Angi. We scheduled an inspection right away and Lisa and Johnny showed up a few days later. I instantly got a good feeling that they cared about our situation. Lisa gave me a fast and fair quote. As I felt I needed to secure one more quote to complete my 3 quote comparison, Lisa kept in touch with follow ups along the way. I ultimately chose Looking Up because of their follow through and they walked me through the process, materials, and time frame. We scheduled the installation for the next dry day and they did our small house in one day as promised. They sent me pics and vids of our roof before and after the process, they did a great job! They left our property in a very clean state upon wrapping the work, Thank You!

We got 6 estimates for replacing our roof before choosing to go with Looking Up Roofing. Best decision we made. Their crew did a through job inspecting the roof and putting up a very reasonable quote that they felt confident with. Even updated it with my choice of shingle manufacturer (Malarkey). I've heard horror stories of roofers going way over their quotes once they start work but that was not the case with these folks. They do a great job estimating and then completing the work within the bounds of their quote. However, the best part was the crew. Extremely courteous and helpful. Worked with us everyday to ensure we were comfortable with the work going on and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. You can tell I am real happy with their work by the length of this review. Would highly recommend Looking Up Roofing if you are searching for a roofing contractor.

I had a great experience with Looking Up Roofing. They were on time and did an awesome job on my garage roof. The team was respectful of my property. Cleaned up after completing the roof. This is a company that felt like they cared about giving me a great roof for an awesome price and not overcharging me. No hardselling. No 2 hours of discussion of the roof products. Lowest bid i got. Answered all questions I had asked. I would highly recommend Lisa and her crew for your roofing needs.

I can't say enough great things about Lisa, Johnny and their crew. The level of customer service is 5 stars +, attention to detail is way above average. Lisa helped us choose the right materials and the right color. Very professional in their installation methods. Johnny and his crew kept the work site tidy and protected my house, gutters and landscaping at all times. After the roof installation they cleaned up everything.

I took nine estimates prior to selecting this company. Many of them spent 10% of the time looking at my roof and 90% of the meeting trying to sell me on a package of warranties, supervision, etc. This was not the case with Looking Up, they spent their time with a very comprehensive estimate of my roofing needs. When all the bids were in, there were only about 3 of the nine that were competitive, and the professionalism of Lisa and Jonathan was obvious. You only have to see Jonathan walk around on a roof to notice how aware and knowledgeable he is about what's happening. When the work began, I knew right away that I had made the right choice. Jonathan noticed that much of my under layer of plywood was the original 1959 wood and I really should replace some of it. I looked at his examples and agreed. I appreciated the fact that he did not just proceed with the original plan, and did make sure that my roof was really brought up to a quality standard that I could rely on. They completed the work in the two day window that was expected, and left my home and yard in excellent condition. This was probably the best experience I have had with any contractor on any job, and I have been in my home for over 40 years....could not recommend them too strongly....
