We were very impressed! We got call withing a day of searching for a company from Angi. They were out within a few days to give us a quote and within a week of the quote they had the old roof torn off and replaced in 3 consecutive days. Excellent customer service and very professional. The crew was on time and worked all day. They cleaned up every piece of debris and ensured we were happy before leaving. We highly recommend this locally family-owned business. Customer care seems paramount. Shingles flew off the old roof after 5 years. Mnf home co. would not stand behind their product. Replaced a roof with installation flaws. Ridgeline did a prompt and professional installation correcting many flaws, missing ventilation along ridge cap, short nails, missing nails, improper overlapping, wrong cuts, missing roof tar, and not code edging, and fixed two broken rafters. The roof looks very nice.

I researched and received quotes from a few companies and selected Ridgeline Roofing based on the best reviews and so glad I did. Chris and Crystal were great to work with from the start. Both communicate very well, reliable and professional. Refreshing to see great work ethics. Very happy with the new roof and gutters. I definitely will recommend them. Theyâ re passionate about what they do and it shows!

Very pleased with the product and results from added ventilation which significantly improved the inside temperatures between 1st and 2nd floors. Chris was very responsive and considerate. I?ve not given 5 stars because I don?t believe they cleaned up after the job as promised. I am still cleaning up roofing debris and garbage; old shingles, staples, nails and the plastic adhesive strips. Otherwise, very happy with the look and feel of the new roof.

Crew was on time. Used good equipment. Worked continuously until the job was done. Cleanup was well done. Cooperative crew members. Owner and crew were professional quality in all they did on site. Nice looking roof.

I hired Ridgeline Roofing recently to reroof my elderly mother's house. They are based in Keizer, and their bid was substantially-lower than Portland-based roofing companies that we contacted. The initial look at the roof was from the outside only because it is vacant. Once the project was started, it became clear that there was substantial damage to the plywood under the roof. This required new plywood to be installed and quite a bit of additional cost. The previous roofers had not connected two exhaust fans and warm, moist air had been blowing in for years, causing deterioration of the plywood.. When we subsequently had the attic inspected for mold, no work needed to be done and it was deemed ''a perfect attic''! This was a relief to us, and we have quickly been able to sell the house at a premium price. We are very pleased, also, with the look of the roof and new gutters. The roofers worked quickly and got a tremendous amount done. The site was immaculate after they left.

Did an excellent job. Finished on time. Had to wait awhile because they had so many jobs ahead of me but they came out and put on tarps over the place that was leaking so it wouldn't cause anymore damage until they were able to get to my roof.

Ridgeline Roofing gave me a very fair bid. They tore off the old roof & the new one they put on looks great - same for the new leaf guards they installed. Chris & crew were hard working & easy to get along with. They started the project early & finished in good time without delays or hidden charges. Chris is wonderful to work with. His crew installed a new roof, and installed a new ridge line ventilation system. They cleaned up each day, and were very professional and pleasant to work with. There were no hidden costs, we have a beautiful new roof, and our home is cooler in these warm days. We highly recommend this company!

The owner Andy was great to work with, which was good, since I had been looking forward to this roofing project like having my teeth pulled, but Andy made it less stressful by keeping us updated on progress and any issues. Andy was very friendly and great to work with. The crew was punctual and kept the areas clean of debris. I had two existing skylights replaced after the roof had been completed and Andy came out to caulk a couple areas around those skylights that should have been completed by the glass company. I would use/recommend Ridgeline Roofing again.
