"The crew of four men started the work early on Monday morning which turned out to be a very hot day. They got everything all cleared out by early afternoon on day 1.  The next day they brought in the plants, boulders, gravel and barkdust and finished the job by mid-afternoon.  They did the entire job in just the two days we were told it would take.  I was very surprised as the temperature hit the mid-nineties on both days. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves.  When they left there was literally no evidence that they had dumped gravel and barkdust on the driveway and then had hauled it across the front and side lawn to get to the back yard.

"Terrific! Alex & his team were professional, communicative and listened to what we wanted. They were able to start quickly and completed the project promptly, as well. They also offered us a great price. Alex came back a subsequent day to do our gate, which we wanted to be 7ft. instead of 6ft., which was the height of the fence. He accidentally also made the gate 6ft. (an honest mistake) and when I reached out to him about it he apologized profusely and offered to return the following week to make it right. We asked him to just add a foot of something decorative-looking, and he did. All in all a great experience with Original Fence and we would hire them again."

"I realize it's the busy season, but I had to follow up twice to find out about the estimate and scheduling. Estimates were not itemized, so I had to request a breakdown of costs.  Although details of the job were gone over in person twice, and also on the phone, the job still didn't turn out exactly to the specs discussed, but overall the install looked nice. Clean up was disappointing, with excess gravel dumped into the flower beds behind retaining wall (which we now have to remove), and excess gravel was left in the driveway. Job was done on time and efficiently, and the owner and crew are very friendly. Crew showed up bright and early at 7:30 to get started!
