Dan came out and accessed my need (leveling grade for a greenhouse and building a solid base) and provided specific professional suggestions including a plan. Communication throughout the process was perfect.

The last project was a Home Remodel. I have worked with Mr.Flake over many years, and on many projects. some which include Site Work, Road Grading, Utilities, Home Building, and other remodels. He has proven to be very professional and thorough. He communicates regularly and clearly, and is great to work with.

Only cares about getting paid. Did not take pride in his work. Was very scary watching him run the excavator, he cut a hole in our garage and did not offer to pay for it. He was very pushy. I would not use him again.

"This is a young couple that used a discount home builder and did not know what they were getting into. They were not experienced enough to handle the responsibilities and coordination required to manage the aspects they were obligated to handle. All the work I did pass County and/or PGE inspection the first time. In addition, I did over $1300 of **emergency** calls at no charge that were a result of lack of coordination with their contractor or PGE at no charge. As for being pushy, they held my equipment up for weeks at a time saying they had the County inspector coming out but he never came. Found out that they had not coordinated with the contractor."
