This was a new $800,000.00 home We still don't have the house signed off from Cowlitz county planning because of Fusion Electrical Services LLC have not completed it BUT WERE PAID IN FULL OVER A YEAR AGO.My mini split has not been completed in 13 months, my breaker panel hasn't been put back together in a year, I paid parker and alissa in full.The owner Alissa tried to put a protective order against me back in August because I sent her text message asking when will they complete my job. I sent her a correction notice from Cowlitz county planning showing her all the correction needed. The Judge said me texting to get my job done was NOT harrassment. Since then I found out from Feltons HVAC good guys, that the electrical wires that Fusion spliced Diakin says no you can't, that is why my mini split won't work. They cut my new cooling lines I supplied in the kit, they said they had to because the lines were to short. That is not true it's because Parker had no clue what he was doing and didn't install the inside unit first then measure the lines and wires then set the height of the outside unit. We are forced to go back to court in a few months. They received 3 separate violation from WASHINGTON STATE LNI on my new home, now LNI just notified us about some other things. Parker and his company are not licensed to do HVAC work, he said he was licensed and bonded for HVAC he lied, FYI you cant file a lien on thier bond for HVAC even though they did the work and destroyed my install kit for my mini splite, I have a invoices from another company to fix the mess, replace the destroyed kit and complete the job on the mini split for over $5000.00 and for electrical over $5000.00 She won't resolve it I have tons of text messages asking her to just get it completed, she tells me she will jerry rigge it with no new parts, I paid for new I want the job done correctly . I hope this helps another consumer to be protected.

Fusion Electrical was fantastic, super prompt, professional and their quote came in about 35% lower than the competition. They started my project early and were finished same day only a couple hours later. Their work was top notch, I was an electrician a few decades ago and I know great work when I see it. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I meet and they are getting my next job for sure!

Parker came out and did a fantastic job! I called for an appointment to replace an outdoor outlet and replace the head on a three prong cord and Parker came out the next morning. He arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Even when there was a hiccup with the replacement Parker was able to quickly troubleshoot what was going on and get the job done. This company (and Parker specifically) will be my first call for any future electrical service needs. Highly recommended!

Fusion Electrical Services, LLC went above and beyond their expected work and got our A/C running again! They found that the cover on the furnace was installed incorrectly and the safety switch was activated, which shut off power to the thermostat. The HVAC technician who had come to diagnose the problem the day before told us the house circuit to the furnace was faulty because there was no power to the furnace. Parker and Melissa checked the house circuit end to end and found no issues and confirmed that there was in fact power at the furnace. They then proceeded to remove the furnace cover and test the thermostat circuit, finding that the cover was installed improperly and the safety switch was tripped, preventing the power from reaching the thermostat and the a/c from running. They installed the cover correctly, and the furnace and a/c are functioning great! I highly recommend Fusion Electrical Services, LLC for any electrical work you need done. They respond quickly, are easy to work with, honest in dealing with their customers, and have a systems approach to problem solving, putting them far above other service providers I have worked with.

Heard from this company shortly after contacting them. The provided a time they would be able to come out and were there as promised. The team that came out to our job were on time, pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what the problem was, and addressed it in a logical progressive manner. Explained to us what the issue was and how it happened so we knew going forward how to avoid further issues. They even took garbage from the job that we had purchased and disposed of it for us. Enjoyed talking with them and having them on site. We will definitely use them again, and will recommend to anyone else looking for Electric work.

Fusion electric is nice couple(company) who was extremely polite, respectful and they performed my requests with professionalism. They were here when they said they would be, got the three jobs done and have had no issues. I would recommend Fusion Electric. My only issue I guess, would be the total bill as both my wife and I thought it was fairly high for the 2.5 hours it tookâ ¦.they did send/email the amount the day before, and they were available then. We had a DW hooked up, a new faucet and disposal hooked up.

I had a great experience with these pros. They were knowledgeable, professional, reliable, and great communicators. This project took place over two separate days because I had to order more lights to be fitted. The communication throughout was excellent and honestly for the amount of work they did it was priced very reasonably. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs similar services!
