Polly took her time to understand what are going to do, then left to give her notes & measurements to Michele, the designer, who is also professional & pleasant. Beaverton Tile has a showroom of almost every tile I was to use and Polly promised that I would pay little over her cost for tile and that labor would be competitive as her husband is the installer. I found both promises to be true when I received the itemized estimate. Reluctantly, I have chosen another tile installer whose bid was much lower. I only hope I will not live to regret my choice as the other bid is so low as to be possibly unrealistic. Although I did not use them, I recommend Beaverton Tile Works without hesitation."

"After inspecting our foundation earlier, Q determined that we needed a sump pump (which we suspected). His quote was reasonable compared to others we had heard about, so we went ahead with it.
His team of three guys worked hard for two days digging drainage trenches and installing the pump in a couple of feet of standing water. We then had to wait about a week for the water to pump out and to dry out so a new vapor barrier and gravel could be added. This was done during a cold winter where it took longer for the area to thaw and dry out so the delay was kind of a bummer, but not at all Ethereal's fault.
When they returned, they were able to finish up in one day (so three days of work total) and cleaned up after themselves very well. The guys were pleasant and happy to answer questions during the work and Q was careful to follow up and check on the work. All in all a great group to work with as long as you're realistic about the work necessary and time involved."

I received a text message with the arrival time of the tech and included a photograph, which I thought was a clever idea. The tech arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. After ordering the part, which arrived quickly, they setup another appointment and a very experienced tech came and swapped the part out. I would definitely use Sunglow again and highly recommend them."

"He was on time, even though he has to drive all the way over from Vancouver, which can be a hassle with all the heavy traffic.  And he did a great job.   He's very honest, hard-working, and also very personable.     He also checked a big plumbing problem for me in my kitchen sink.    I'm going to go to Home Depot and buy the faucet that I want, and he's coming over Wed. to install it for me as well as a new soap dispenser.   To show you how honest he is, if I'd had him install the new soap dispenser Monday he would have had to charge me extra, but he recommended that I wait till Wed. when he installs the new faucet, and then there won't be an extra charge for installing the soap dispenser.   I have a very deep kitchen sink, so it's not so easy to install a soap dispenser in there.    I will definitely be calling on him again in the future for plumbing problems, and I highly recommend him.   He has a small business, and I like to support small businesses.
