Im able to do much of it myself or with an employee and sub contract when needed. I also provide supervisory services as a licensed and bonded Residential General Contractor. We always provide fair bids and can usually out bid competition with a 10% discount.

They covered it up with mulch and now I'm having to pay more to get it removed. The crew did an awesome job except they didn't finish as agreed and were paid 100%. Just make sure all terms, as agreed, are completed before paying in full!"
