Dawson Herlocker is a very sincere and honest agent of the DaBella’s sales team. I had been waiting for 7 years for my house to be painted and knew that the original siding was getting weathered. I had serious doubts that a paint job could revive the house. Dawson explained everything with great detail, and I decided to not wait another year to get my house painted. He made the whole process easy to maneuver and even gave up his Saturdays to answer questions. With the new siding my house looks newer and is more energy efficient. On these cold winter days, I cannot believe how long the house maintains the heat now, and the furnace does not have to work so hard. Thank you again for sending Dawson to Burns.

DaBella portays itself as having a staff of installers trained by GAF to install their high quality products. They may have these installers but they didn't use them on my job two years ago. The people actually installing the shingles did a good job, but other aspects of the job were poor: poor cleanup, piles of materials and trash left for days and longer in my front yard, and two smaller sections of roof (over the gas fireplace and breakfast nook) had not been done when they claimed to be finished.) The nook section was done soon after, but I didn't see the fireplace section until recently and it remains unfinished. DaBella salespeople come by here regularly and during a recent visit claimed they would take my story of the unfinished work to their manager. I've had no response since. My bottom line opinion is that I got a bottom-tier job for a top-tier price. Go elsewhere if you need a new roof.

Chris m came out and looked at our shower he was very thorough on way he was looking at. We are still taking it into consideration due to not our forever home.

From sales, office staff, and installers i can say the process was excellent. Especially in Central Oregon you wont find a faster response and service. Highly recommend.

Once the sale was made, I didn't get any satisfying customer service from them at all. The job was not finished correctly, it didn't pass inspection & they would never respond to my phone calls or emails. I finally had to call the inspector to contact DaBella on my behalf. Only then did I get a phone call from them.

Very complete information, answered all my questions and made me understand the process of buying, preparing and installation. Charles Simms and Josh Dwinal were very thorough explaining all my concerns and alleviating my fears of such a major expense that was definitely needed. The roofing crew Chris Renteria, Ricardo, Jordy and Freddie to name a few were all wonderful in keeping me informed about the progress and expectations of completion. I definitely have already recommended Da Bella and their crew. Additionally one of the managers came to my house to make sure everything was working well and to explain some charges which I appreciated. Also, my roof looks awesome.

I worked with Jeff Cowell to replace our sliding glass door. He came out and showed me all their products and options at my house. When I was ready to purchase, he had all his stuff ready and was a painless purchase and installation.

Josh and Cole came out and gave me a quote on some new windows. My windows were in dire need of replacement but I was thinking it would be a few years before that box would be checked. Their professional and personal approach along with their dedication to getting me what I needed within my budget made the decision to replace my windows effortless and assured that my home investment was worthwhile. My husband and I are selling our home. We had an inspection done for the buyers and found we had an issue with our master shower. Issues included leeks, cracks and mold in our tiled shower system. Facing a critical time frame of finding someone available to evaluate the issue; fix the problem; have materials and skilled/licensed staff available to complete the job that would be satisfactory for our standards as well as for the buyers. After discussing our needs, an appointment was made for the next day to have their representatives to assess the situation. Kalen Olson and Tucker Pies arrived very warm, friendly and personable. We were feeling confident that our expectations would be met. They were eager to get in there and get to work. After their review of shower system they went over everything they found and we discussed ways to correct and resolve quickly and efficiently. Once material replacement choices made, then the financial budget was addressed. They presented several options and once we all came to an agreement on budget, completion time and details the project was on the books and material already ordered and all planned out by DaBella. Kalen and Tucker have been a joy to work with. They are very knowledgeable of their employer, materials and have a great working relationship with the staff behind the scense to make this project all come together in a smooth, non stressful environment. Closing and buying a house is enough on your plate. My husband and I can rely with confidence in DaBella this project is in great hands. I can not wait to see the finished project.
