"My parents their gutters looked at as there have been a lot of water overflow when it rains. Nicole C. came out and did a walk around the house and noticed spots where the gutters were leaking under the eves. She wanted to look in the attic to see if water was getting in there as well. What she did discover is the plywood was wet. She did more investigating of the roof tile and discovered it needed replacement. The leak in the attic could be very problematic. We were glad Nicole had the idea to check. Nicole explained everything regarding roofing and gutters in detail to my parents and answered all of their questions. "Replaced my roof.  I have a large roof because I have a one story home with over 2100 square feet (not including the two car garage).  I took advantage of the Big Deal and because of that I was able to get a roof with a little better quality roof with 50 year warranty for the same price as 30 year warranty roofs. I also had them replace three sky lights.   I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because I had to email a couple of times to nail down a date for them to complete.  I'm still waiting for one of my sky lights and I haven't heard from him for a couple of weeks.

|Thank you for the big deal because although I have had a little frustration it is well worth it.  They completed the roof in 2 days and that is saying something during the winter and a large roof.  They cleaned up really well and I have already given them a reference to my Mom which I wouldn't do if I didn't think they were fair and didn't do a good job."

"Update: After several weeks they called back and agreed to go out and finish the work as originally agreed. They did a good job and actually painted more than we had agreed (I was going to finish but they painted everything). They did a good job and I really liked the finished product!

Original: This was a painter for a day special. I wanted the walls in a rental painted. The painter did a good job on the work he did, but he didn't follow my instructions & they haven't contact me despite several tries on my part (thus the low rating).  When I came back to inspect the work before the painter left, I asked him why he didn't follow the instructions I gave him. He said he just decided that it would be better to do it the way that he did! As a result, I will have to get on a ladder and paint the areas near the ceiling - which is what I hire this firm to do!  These are double high walls in the area not painted - and a pain to get at (maybe that is why he didn't paint them?)!
If you use these guys, you have to be there to watch what they do - or they may not follow your instructions!"
