"This is our one-and-only bathroom in the house, but Charlie made it easy for us to live through the remodel.  It only took about 2-3 weeks from the beginning to the end of construction.  Charlie and the crew were very respectful, clean and conscientious so as not to disturb the rest of our living space during the project.

Everything in the new bathroom functions so well. We're so happy with the quality of work and attention to detail. Charlie's advice to install a built-in soap cubby, a heated floor, motion sensing lights at floor/ceiling, a motion sensing flush toilet, and even a hidden medicine cabinet that comes out of the dead space behind the shower valve.  We never would have thought of these details and now we love using them everyday in this new bathroom.  

We are happy with not only all the functionalities of the bathroom, but also all the design choices.  Since we have a very small space to work with we have chosen light colors for all the materials, and it makes the space look much bigger than it is.  Charlie has helped us through the process of choosing materials.  When we first chose a floor tile that may have been too slick when wet, for example, he has informed us that and suggested something else that's less slick but just as pretty.  I love taking photos of my artwork in the new bathroom - it gives a clean look with always ample amount of light.  

We are extremely happy wth the new bathroom!  We couldn't have asked for it to turn out any better.  Absolutely the best thing we've ever done to our house!

"My 70's paneling need to be sheet rocked, primed & ready for painting. I also needed cracks in my textured ceiling repaired & the holes left by removal of old thermostats repaired. "They got the extremely difficult marble cuts completed that I could not.  However, your ad states contract work including tile.  Owner (Shawn), stated that tile was not a part of this package.  They went ahead and performed the work anyways.  I was told by one of their PM's Zack via voicemail that "generally factor 20% material waste when cutting tile".  Over 40% was wasted and cuts were extremely chipped, as if pushing the tile through blade too fast.  I've cut enough marble tile to know.  Overall, for a company with a good rating on Angie's List, quality was not up to par, all else was at a C or above.  I would probably just try and finish the job myself next time and avoid SL Green.

"Mark immediately answered his phone (not very many contractors do that).  Since he was in the area, he came by a couple of hours later and gave me an estimate (best and worst case).  A few days later, a carpenter with many years experience began work on the opening.  He was able to move the walls just slightly so now the opening is plumb.  Only took a couple of hours to do the job.  He cleaned up afterwards, and now we are really to do the door installations.

"we got our bid from them and they also gave us an estimate. I don't remember the estimate it is out of my head. But their estimate was reasonable. We actually got three  quotes to decide, but after getting the quotes we thought it was not in our budget to do. The three people that  came to give us their bids, they seemed least interested in the project. My wife and myself have been working on the budget and I'm going to call them again for sure."
