"Superior Roof is a professional and customer focused company. The owners, Romel and Shelisa, care about their customers. They follow through as well. We scheduled our cleaning initially when the snow hit and we rescheduled a couple of times due to weather. The day of the cleaning, Romel came out the day of the cleaning and the roof came out great. "The roof and gutters look wonderful but the workers dropped something and damaged our aluminum awning. This was done in July 2022 and as of now they still have not fixed it and they won't return my calls. Also most of the reviews are done, not by the client, but by the sales reps themselves. My first review was not done by me but the rep. The roof is excellent though."
