Best subcontractors near Millersburg, OR

"Peter Noone is a really outstanding contractor. I was fortunate to have him rebuild my house after a tree fell on it and caused very significant damage. He is a great communicator, and kept me updated on everything, even when I had to be out of town. Perhaps most importantly, he has excellent relationship with his subcontractors, who provided uniformly high quality work and responded quickly to his scheduling needs. Having built my house a couple of decades ago using someone who had good reviews but only average communication skills, I promise that you will have a much, much better experience if you use the Village Builder. PS. The insurance company was very pleased with how he handled things, too - also extremely important!"

"Fantastic! This was honestly one of the smoothest remodels/contractor service I have ever experienced. Dorson was very communicative, and up front about the time/and services. Project was on budget, he gave us different choices and also took time to explain the differences between them. We got daily updates about our job, including pictures and brief descriptions of the days work, which was incredibly helpful while teaching me things that will be helpful in the future. Jackson Construction wasn't the cheapest, however they focus on quality, and this was definitely true for our job. Every job/remodel will have hiccups, but he made sure everything went right, fixed any errors and has a great sense of time. the estimate on how long the job would take was very close to reality, and shockingly reliable, which also speaks to the quality of his work and subcontractors. Would definitely hire again."

"Job was done well. On time and with in our budget. Chuck and his crew were courteous and respectful of our property . Clean up was perfect"

"These guys were wonderful to work with! We had a kids Playhouse structure that needed to be installed and the ground leveled for safety. Their communication was fantastic and their work ethic was even better . I felt very comfortable with them at my house with my kid and would highly recommend them for a project! !"

"Jason and his crew were consummate professionals in every way. They were detail-oriented, communicative, cleaned up after the job meticulously and gave me confidence that they knew exactly what they were doing on my kitchen cabinet installation. I hope they stay in business for a long time because I would call them first for anything that they would be willing to do at my home."

"We called Paul so last minute when everyone else was extremely booked. He was also mostly booked but conveniently had an available time that fit our schedule. It worked out perfectly. His rates turned out to better than everyone else's and his experience was just what we needed for the job. He was able to complete the job without any problems in a timely manner. We couldn't have been more pleased with the results."

"Painted my 2 story home in Lincoln city, replaced siding as needed. Removed 2x6 decking and replaced with trex decking. Also built stairs and landing"

"He really pays a lot of attention to detail and he does an amazing job!"

"They are all good guys, efficient, good price, and finished in one day ‼️"
