He is a great communicator, and kept me updated on everything, even when I had to be out of town. Perhaps most importantly, he has excellent relationship with his subcontractors, who provided uniformly high quality work and responded quickly to his scheduling needs. Having built my house a couple of decades ago using someone who had good reviews but only average communication skills, I promise that you will have a much, much better experience if you use the Village Builder. Jackson Construction wasn't the cheapest, however they focus on quality, and this was definitely true for our job.
